Aluminum hydrate fire retardant (AHFR) of CREATE is produced by sintered technology. The product inside contains lower iron and higher whiteness. The product is a mineral fire-retardant processed through super and thin smash, and surface modified technology.
The AHFR is a kind of new high filling product. The product is no poison, no corrosion, environmental protection, no detonation behavior and has excellent fire retarding effect, becoming an important fire-retarding additive for the purpose of fire-retarding and smoke inhibitor.
The AHFR can be widely applied to composites, e.g. electrical wire, cable, PP, PE, PVC, PS, ABS and also to unsaturation polyester, paint and coating, and other plastics and rubbers.
The surface modified AHFR has improved the surface of aluminum hydrate and made it no aggregate to be dispersed into polymers as a fire-retardant. Its fire retardance, physical and mechanical properties has already approached or surpassed the international level of the same kind product.

Anwendung: \ n 1. Latexprodukt: Das AHFR kann für Teppichauskleidung, Klebemittel und Schaummaterial, Pappe und so weiter verwendet werden, indem 20-150 Teile in 100 Teile Latex und 75-250 Teile in 100 Teile Klebstoff gegeben werden. \ n 2. Synthetischer Gummi: Der AHFR kann die Isolationseigenschaften und die Lichtbogenbeständigkeit des Produkts erhöhen. \ n 3. Ungesättigtes Polyester: Das AHFR kann Kunststoffe mit Feuerhemmung, Rauchunterdrückung und Lichtbogenlöschung herstellen, wenn es für SMC verwendet wird. und Bulk Molding Compound (BMC), daher kann die AHFR für glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoffe in großem Umfang verwendet werden. \ n 4. Epoxidharz: Die AHFR kann den Sauerstoffindex, die Lichtbogenlöschung und die Lichtbogenverfolgung von Kunststoffprodukten durch Zugabe von 40% - 60% Al (OH) 3 Pulver und keine unterschiedlichen Effekte bei mechanischen Eigenschaften, Prozessviskosität, Schrumpf- und Hitzebeständigkeit. 5. PVC-Harz: Im Allgemeinen ist Kunststoffprodukt gut, indem man 20-30 Teile AHFR in 100 Teile PVC gibt , die Produkte können selbstverlöschende Kunststoffe durch Zugabe von 50 Teilen AHFR in sein 100 Teile PVC, und die Feuerhemmung der Produkte wird besser durch Zugabe von 1,5-2,0 Sb2 (OH) 3 als Hilfe Flammschutzmittel. Darüber hinaus kann das PVC-Produkt eine Transluzenz aufweisen, die Dispersions- und Alterungsbeständigkeit ist ebenfalls besser und hat in Bezug auf die mechanischen Eigenschaften fast keinen Einfluss. 6. Andere Kunststoffe: Nicht nur Al (OH) 3 kann als feuerhemmendes Mittel von Acryl sein Harz, aber auch Transluzenzzustand wie Marmor während der Acrylharzproduktion. Daher kann das Produkt zu künstlichem Marmor verarbeitet werden.
